This Family Business Day on 18th September 2026, we're proud to celebrate 103 years as a family-owned and managed company, now proudly led by our fourth generation.

C.U. Phosco takes pride in supporting local community initiatives. Whether that's local sporting groups or charities, they're normally close to the hearts of our team. This time, we're turning the spotlight on Richmond, where our Contract Services Team has committed to sponsor Richmondshire Rugby Club, Richmond Town Football Club, Richmond Motor Club and the Scott Trial.

As we continue our Meet the Team series, this time, we introduce Lisa Parker, Receptionist, based at our head office in Ware. In September 2026, Lisa celebrates her 10-year milestone at C.U. Phosco.

At C.U. Phosco, we pride ourselves on building strong, lasting relationships with our partners. Beyond supplying and installing high masts and columns, our Contract Services Division stays with our customers, offering ongoing maintenance and management long after the structures are in the ground.

We continue our Meet the Team series with an extra-ordinary milestone! Celebrating 50 years at C.U. Phosco, we meet Steve Bray, Administration Manager based in our Coleford, Gloucestershire facility.

A new partnership with Nedal Aluminium will see CU Phosco carry forward more than 30 years of ALC expertise, while giving specifiers greater choice across steel and aluminium lighting columns.

With a full Ladies European Tour (LET) Access Series card and a top-seven finish in the LET Access Series Order of Merit firmly in her sights, Ellen Hume enters one of the biggest seasons of her career. CU Phosco is proud to continue supporting her journey for a second consecutive year.

As part of our Meet the Team series, we introduce Lewis Turnbull, who works for the Contract Services Division at our Richmond facility in North Yorkshire.

At C.U. Phosco, our values shape everything we do. As a family-run business, people have always been at the heart of our organisation, and we remain committed to supporting the wellbeing and personal development of every member of our team.

Independent recognition across three luminaire families provides specifiers with greater confidence when designing responsible outdoor lighting schemes.

CU Phosco has strengthened its engineering team with the appointment of Adam Tiffin as Junior Structural Design Engineer. In his new role, he will support the structural design of lighting columns, helping to deliver robust, high-quality engineering solutions across a wide range of infrastructure projects.

As part of our Meet the Team series, we put the spotlight on Clare Saggs, Network Administrator, based in our Head Office in Ware, who celebrated a fantastic 35-year milestone at C.U. Phosco!
