SALES OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR
Join the CU Phosco Sales Team!
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a customer-centric Sales Office Co-ordinator to join our busy Sales office team.
You will prepare, and submit quotations, answer customer
calls and emails, and support our external sales team. This
is a full-time on-site role located in Ware, Hertfordshire (39 hours
office based 9-5pm with half hour lunch)
About the role
As Sales Office Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks including but not limited to order entry, customer satisfaction, and sales support. You will help to continue our successful sales division’s excellent reputation with the timely and accurate processing of quotations, customer orders, responding to customer queries, and providing support to the external sales team.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative assistance, and sales support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus but not an essential
- A natural communicator, interacting with and supporting different stakeholders both inside and outside of our business

JUNIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER
Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our design team based at our Head Office in Hertfordshire.
You will play an integral part in the development of our new LED exterior lighting products and produce associated documentation. This permanent role would be office based in the Technical Department in Ware.
Key elements of the role include:
- The continuous improvement of our existing product ranges
Using Solidworks 3D CAD, you will design and develop the products, and run thermal and FEA simulations on your designs. This will require good value engineering and design for manufacture.
- For documentation creation, you will be creating manufacturing drawings and installation instructions and assisting marketing by providing detail for technical datasheets and photo real renders for product brochures.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in the use of Solidworks 3D CAD and Microsoft office software, which is a prerequisite for this role. Our ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate a creative drive and have experience in using Solidworks.
- A good understanding of mechanical and electrical fundamentals to help support supplier liaison, component selection and system design during product ideation and conception.
- Excellent communication skills creating and delivering presentations of development ideas to managers.
- A "can do" attitude. As a small company, a "can-do" approach and an ability to fit in, and pitch in, are paramount. Confident, enthusiastic, and articulate candidates with an ability to manage a varied workload as detailed above will be viewed favourably.
