We continue our Meet the Team series by introducing Lewis Turnball, who works for the Contract Services Division at our Richmond facility in North Yorkshire.
HI LEWIS! WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?
“I install and maintain lighting for a number of different contracts and work closely with Mark Robinson, Rigger, who has worked for C.U. Phosco for 7 years and has taught me everything that I need to know about high masts. “
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU JOINED CU PHOSCO?
“Before joining the company, I was working in the sports lighting industry on all types of sports fields across the UK.”
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE?
“One of the best things about the role is being able to travel, it’s nice to get out and about! I’ve recently helped with the installation and maintenance of a high mast lighting project in Ireland, and now currently working in Scotland - no day is the same, which I love. “
WHAT DOES CU PHOSCO MEAN TO YOU?
“Since joining C.U. Phosco in December, I’ve had the pleasure to work with a lot of the on-site team. It’s great to be a part of the team with lots of knowledge and support shared at every hurdle. They have looked out for me and are always there for support.”
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING OUTSIDE OF WORK?
“I’m a big football supporter and have a season ticket for Newcastle which I’ve had for a while now! During time off, I love golfing with friends (though more for fun rather than super competitively, as I’ve not been playing for long). “
Thanks so much Lewis. We’re proud to have dedicated team members like Lewis, whose passion and commitment help drive C.U. Phosco forward every day.
