VICTORIA PEARCE
Operational Support & Development Manager
Victoria joined CU Phosco Contract Services Division in 2013 after finishing her BA in Architecture. Following an administration placement in the team, she joined as an Assistant Contracts Manager before progressing to Northern Contracts Manager in 2016.
In 2025, Victoria moved into a compliance and operational support role within the business, with a focus on Health and Safety, procedures, and supporting operational teams. She continues to carry out lighting surveys alongside her wider responsibilities.
Victoria plays an integral role in the organisation and mobilisation of High Mast projects. She is passionate about Lifting Operations and, after completing all her qualifications – including CPCS Appointed person, CCPS Crane Supervisor, NEBOSH and MEWPS for Managers - takes an active role in the team’s specialist lifting activities. She is a founder member of the C.U. Phosco Wellbeing team.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys walking her dog, traveling, playing hockey, and spending time in her veg garden.
