Laboratory Manager
Nihal joined the team in October 2024 as a Laboratory Assistant before acheiving promotion to Laboratory Manager in June 2025. With eight years of experience in the lighting industry and a Master’s in Engineering Management, Nihal plays a vital role in product testing and quality assurance. His expertise extends to BS, EN, and IEC standards, which play a crucial role in shaping the development and testing of lighting products as well as his ability to interpret and apply these standards ensures that our solutions meet the highest industry requirements.
Outside of work, Nihal enjoys travelling and exploring new places. He is an avid cricket fan who follows the sport passionately. Family is a cornerstone of his life, and he cherishes spending time with loved ones, especially during family get-togethers and visits with his parents and siblings
