FROM FIRST JOB TO LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
At 19, Carey Norris took her first full-time role and joined the administration team at CU Phosco, based from our Coleford factory, found near the Forest of Dean.
What started as a support role, her responsibilities and day-today tasks quickly expanded into logistics, customer orders, consignment stock, invoicing, and transport coordination. Over the years, Carey has gained valuable skills, growing into a key member of the team offering support and logistics expertise to not only our customers, but also to internal colleagues.
Carey said: “Helping customers through challenging situations is incredibly rewarding. Building relationships and providing solutions is what I enjoy most.”
A SUPPORTIVE WORKPLACE
One of the things Carey appreciates most about CU Phosco is the accessibility of senior management. Having direct support from leadership fosters a strong team environment, making a real difference in day-to-day operations.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
In her spare time, Carey enjoys meeting friends and capturing moments through photography. Whether it’s logistics or landscapes, she brings passion and attention to detail to everything she does.
We’re delighted to have her as part of our team.
