CU Phosco is proud to announce its outstanding achievement at the 2025 Highway Electrical Association (HEA) Awards, bringing home three major honours and marking another milestone year for the company.
This year, CU Phosco was once again recognised as HEA/HEMSA Member Organisation of the Year – Large, a category voted for by fellow members across the sector. This latest win adds to CU Phosco’s long history of success and reflects the continued trust placed in the company by customers, partners, and industry peers.
The celebrations continued with two individual awards recognising exceptional talent within the business. Clare Saggs, IT Administrator, was named Employee of the Year 2025 in recognition of her longstanding contribution and her instrumental role in delivering the company’s EFACS 2024 system upgrade. Clare’s dedication, reliability, and ability to drive improvements across the organisation have made her a valued member of the CU Phosco family for over three decades.
Ollie Langham, from the Contract Services Division, received the Apprentice of the Year 2025 award. Since joining CU Phosco in 2022, Ollie has shown remarkable progress in his NVQ qualifications and has played a key part in major projects, including works at RAF Mildenhall. His enthusiasm and quality of work underline the company’s commitment to nurturing future talent.
The HEA Conference & Awards remain a highlight in CU Phosco’s calendar, bringing together colleagues from across the industry to share knowledge, celebrate achievement, and recognise the people and organisations driving the sector forward. This year’s triple success reflects the hard work of everyone across the business and reinforces CU Phosco’s position as a trusted partner in industry.
CU Phosco extends its congratulations to all winners and nominees and thanks the HEA for hosting another excellent event.
