Join Victoria Pearce, Support & Development Manager from the C.U. Phosco Contract Services Division, as she talks about the pre-installation process and how we support clients with planning and delivery once a project is awarded.
SUPPORTING CLIENTS WITH PLANNING AND DELIVERY ONCE A PROJECT IS AWARDED
Once a project is awarded, we support our clients from the very start. Everything is manufactured in house with Lanterns at our facility in Ware, Hertfordshire, and our High Masts at our site in Westgate, Cleckheaton.
We plan the works programme, including scheduling and traffic management requirements. We also appoint the specialist subcontractors for each of the project needs, such as traffic management companies, cranes, HIABs and MEWPs. Where a project is near the railway, we work directly with Network Rail and coordinate all lifting operations with them.
We also have our own lifting team, made up of CPCS Appointed Persons, crane supervisors, lift supervisors and slinger/signallers. They plan and deliver all lifting operations and provide full lift plans and works packs. All our lifting equipment and accessories are supplied in house, so clients get a complete lifting service from one provider.
