We are pleased to announce that Marshall Grieve will be moving into the Telecoms division from 1 October 2026, to support the telecoms team as the demand for C.U. Phosco monopoles and Connected Urban smart poles increases.
Marshall joined CU Phosco in 2016, first in the administration team at the Westgate site, before moving into the Sales team in 2021. First taking on the role of Sales Co-ordinator, supporting the Area Sales Managers, Marshall moved into the role of Area Sales Executive, supporting the Northwest and North Wales regions. In 2024, Marshall was named the HEA HEMSA Industry Rising Star of the Year.
With a strong background in C.U. Phosco telecoms, having started his career at Westgate, where our Monopoles are manufactured, Marshall was working on a split role; supporting the sales area as well as providing support to the telecoms team. His new role as Telecoms Sales Executive, will see him supporting the Head of Telecoms covering UK management of the sales ordering and processing, as well as developing Global Design Checks (GDCs). GDCs are an integral review of a structure’s ability to increase or modify applications onto a Monopole, provided in a detailed report.
“We look forward to Marshall joining the team full time. Marshall has been working with us for several months and, as the telecoms side of our business has developed, there has been a greater need for him to join us on a more permanent basis,” said Keith Henry, Head of Telecoms. “With Marshall’s background and experience in the telecommunications field, we are delighted to have him join the team!”
